Finnhamn is a pearl in Stockholm’s central archipelago. You can get there by boat from central Stockholm all year round.
The lovely journey takes about two hours and, if you wish, you can eat well on board whilst under way. You can stay overnight on the island in simple accommodation with shared shower and WC. Food at the beautiful restaurant is of the highest international standard; the views are wonderful and the atmosphere is charming. From May to September you can try paddling a kayak around the islands from the neighbouring island of Ingmarsö. You can go with or without a guide.
