Visitors are amazed by the variety of birds in Svartådalen (Black River Valley). In autumn Common Cranes and Whoopers can be seen by the hundred or even by the thousand. There are nesting White-tailed Eagles, Ospreys and Honey Buzzards. Plus all the animals that roam in the forests, over the marshlands and in old pastures.
